Lower Limb Injuries

Injuries to the knee, ankle, and hip demand structured rehab to restore stability, speed, and agility which critical for athletes returning to high-intensity sports.

Upper Limb Injuries

Shoulder, elbow, and wrist conditions often affect overhead and throwing athletes; rehab focuses on stability, control, and sport-specific strength recovery.

Spine & Core Conditions

Spinal and core injuries impact movement efficiency and power transfer; rehabilitation emphasizes posture, control, and prevention of recurrence.

Post-Surgical Rehab Conditions

Surgery alone doesn’t guarantee performance. A tailored, progressive rehab ensures safe, confident return-to-play while reducing re-injury risks.

Return To Sport FAQ

The goal is a gradual, safe journey back to competition after an injury. Our multi-step protocol ensures your strength, flexibility, and endurance are fully restored, minimizing the risk of re-injury. We prioritize a full recovery over a fast return.

The first step is Symptom-limited activity.

  • You start with only basic, gentle activities like light walking.

You must ensure the activity does not worsen your existing symptoms. If you feel pain, you stop or reduce the activity immediately.

This is a progressive phase focused on building back fitness and skill:

  • Step 2: Aerobic Exercise (Building Stamina)
    • Gradually introduce light-to-moderate cardio (e.g., cycling, swimming, elliptical).
    • Crucial Note: Avoid resistance training or heavy lifting initially.
  • Step 3: Sport-Specific Exercise (Reintroducing Skills)
    • Add movements specific to your sport, such as light running, jumping, or non-contact drills (e.g., using a soft ball or cone drills).

These stages assess your physical and psychological capacity for high-stress activities:

  • Step 4: Non-contact Training Drills (High-Intensity Practice)
    • You engage in higher-intensity drills that test your speed, agility, coordination, and cognitive skills (reaction time), but without physical impact from opponents.
  • Step 5: Full-contact Practice (The Final Test)

Only after receiving medical clearance, you participate in controlled, full-contact practice sessions (scrimmages, tackling) to truly assess if you are ready—physically and psychologically—for the demands of competition.

Return to Sport is the final stage. You can only resume normal, regular competition and play after successfully completing the full-contact practice phase (Step 5) and demonstrating full readiness to the medical and coaching staff.

Listen to your body. Pain is a critical signal to slow down or stop the current activity. You must not push through significant pain; doing so dramatically increases the risk of a re-injury and will delay your ultimate return.

You must focus on both physical and psychological readiness. Athletes often face increased risk of re-injury if they are mentally unprepared. You must be mentally ready and confident to compete at full intensity without hesitation.

We emphasize patience because pushing to return too quickly is the primary cause of re-injury. The ultimate goal is a full, lasting recovery, which is always more valuable than a quick, but incomplete, return to play.

No. Our program is essential for all types of injuries, from major incidents like an ACL tear or post-surgical rehab to chronic issues like a recurring back problem or persistent shoulder pain in a throwing athlete.

We handle structured rehab for all major areas, ensuring a high-performance return:

  • Lower Limb Injuries: Hips, knees, ankles (focus on stability, speed, and agility).
  • Upper Limb Injuries: Shoulders, elbows, wrists (focus on control and sport-specific strength).
  • Spine & Core Conditions: Focus on movement efficiency, power transfer, and preventing recurrence.

Post-Surgical Rehab: Tailored, progressive plans to ensure a safe and confident return after surgery.

No. A core uniqueness of our programs is that they are designed so you can do the bulk of your rehabilitation at home with no need to visit the clinic often. We focus on making you independent in your recovery process, reserving clinic time for crucial check-ins and hands-on assessment.

Absolutely not. We make sure the plans require no expensive equipment. We prioritize effective exercises using your own body weight or simple, inexpensive tools (like resistance bands or towels). This intentional design makes the program accessible to everyone and easy to sustain long-term.

By making the rehab easy to do at home and eliminating the need for complex, expensive machines, you are truly owning the rehab process. This hands-on ownership and the resulting increased self-reliance and consistency are critical factors that lead directly to:

  • Improved physical outcomes
  • A stronger mindset
  • Lasting resilience against future injury

This model ensures your recovery integrates seamlessly into your daily life.
